BLESS’ed Holistic Goods is dedicated to providing a unique and personalized approach to holistic healing. I am a Reiki Master, a nurse, trainer and leadership mentor, with years of experience helping people find their own balance and inner peace.  I work under the principle that true healing comes from within, and my goal is to help you unlock your inner potential and see your shine! 

I believe when we lead with love, compassion and empathy, we create connections that foster a strong sense of community and personal transformation. When you work with me, I hope to help you see yourself in a whole new light.

 Every person is unique, and each individual has different needs. Therefore, my intention is to customize our services to meet those needs, whether it’s through personalized coaching, energy healing or educational training.
